NOTE: As of this writing (May 11, 2007), e-mails were not working properly. Take note of Bugtracker Issue 71 and update this Wiki page accordingly when the problem is resolved.
E-mail notifications or reminders are sent to Datashed users as described below.
| Description | Recipient Classes | Trigger to Send |
|---|---|---|
| Session start | User | A new session has started (which happens automatically on the prescribed start date). |
| Lab bottle not received | User, Admin | Bottle(s) not marked received by lab within max transit time of being sent to lab. |
| Sampling time running out | User, Admin | If sampling window is 7 days or more and a sample has not been collected, send reminder e-mail 3 days before the session's end. |
| Lab data submitted | User | All lab data for a single session has been submitted. (The e-mail is actually sent the next morning, rather than at the instant the laboratory submits the data.) |
