Session Started

Samples may be collected beginning on the Session Start Date.

Sample Collected

Shows the date that a water sample was collected.

Field Data Submitted

Field measurements can be entered into the database here, and viewed or edited afterwards.

Sent to Lab

Shows the date that the session's water samples were sent to a laboratory to be analyzed.

Received by Lab

Shows the number of individual bottles in this session that the laboratory has checked in and queued for analysis.

Labs can enter a Bottle Key to mark it as "received."

Lab Data Submitted

Labs can submit analysis results here by entering the Sample ID.

Shows the number of Sample IDs that have been submitted already.

Session Complete

Administrator has reviewed data. Payment information has been sent to lab for approval.
