Description: This project entails the construction of a passive treatment system for the Korb4 discharge in Bloom Township, Clearfield County. Construction will occur in two phases, the first of which was completed in May 2026, and the second is yet to be completed. The first phase involved the construction of a vertical flow pond and a constructed wetland as well as the discharge collection and installation of water level control structures. The second phase will involve the construction of another vertical flow pond and a flush pond. When both phases are complete this system will treat essentially all of the water discharging form Korb4. the Korb4 discharge and now the treated water form the system discharge into a small unnamed tributary to Little Anderson Creek, a tributary of Anderson Creek
