Description: The original passive system was constructed in 1997 with an $80,000 EPA. PA DEP designed the system and assisted with construction.The system was upgraded in 2005 with the construction of settling pond with a 10,000 PA DEP Growing Greener Grant. In 2007 the compost in the Vertical Flow Pond was replaced.
