Description: Bilger Run is a tributary to Kratzer Run in Anderson Creek watershed, a tributary to the West Branch Susquehanna River in Clearfield County, PA. According to the 2006 Anderson Creek WIP, the 4.0 discharge is listed as the #2 priority in the Bilger Run sub-basin. To treat this discharge, an oxic limestone drain was constructed in 2021. The project was managed by the Clearfield County Conservation District (CCCD), designed by the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC), and constructed by EM Brown.
