Description: installed new, concrete culverts beneath School House Road. They also eliminated stormwater runoff, streams and springs flowing into the underground mines to reduce acid mine drainage coming out the Oneida #3 Tunnel. The project was completed in 2000 and cost approximately $500,000 (SMCRA Title 4).
